Abstract |
Background. Quite often strokes are complicated with aspiration or bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract. This situation requires endoscopic intervention for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. The use of loading tests should be minimized, but with no determent to the above-mentioned purposes. This is the purpose of the present study and substantiation of its urgency. |
